We hire rarely, and for leverage.
The team stays small on purpose. Most of the work here is done by agents: they hold the context, do the drafting and the calling, and carry the parts of a company that used to need a department.
So each person runs a large part of the company rather than a slice of one. The bar is people who are used to owning an outcome end to end, and who are comfortable handing most of the doing to a fleet of agents and checking the result.
We do not hire for a seat that is already defined. If you can see the part of this you would run, that is the thing to write to us about.
