These terms cover your use of marblinghq.com and the four product pages served under it. Using the site means accepting them.

What this site is

It describes what we are building. Several of the products named here — Arena and Metal in particular — are explicitly marked as alpha, which on these pages means a specification and a set of arguments rather than software you can use. Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment to build anything, or a promise that a product described will ever exist or work as described.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We take care that what we write is accurate at the time we write it, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, nor that the site will be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on it.

Our content

The text, images, marks and design on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, quote and link to it with attribution. Reproducing it wholesale, or using our names and marks in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not, is not permitted.

Some pages link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for what is on them.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, to the extent the law allows.
